CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- The key is located inside a lockbox, which is on the rear security door. The code is 1122
- The keys are color-coded. The green key opens the front security door. The blue key opens the rear security door. The red key opens both the front and rear entrance doors
- The security system will be active upon your arrival. Walk straight in from the back door and the alarm pad will be on the left wall between the dining and living rooms. The alarm code is 7777
- To arm the alarm while you are in the house, slide the button to the left to 'Stay'. To arm it when leaving, slide the button on the right to 'Away'
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Return keys to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
