  The condo was exactly how it was pictured. Clean and stocked with what we needed. Our flight was delayed so trying to find this in the dark was tricky. As you pull onto street you are in a cul-de-sac with 2 choices. I assume owner doesn't give super specific directions until payment has been received in full so I won't add any directive here. Just be sure to ask, something I didn't think about! We would absolutely stay here again. I read some reviews about cleaning policy and I think it was fair and matches what other Evolve owners request.

• Beautiful stay

  Overall, our stay was good, and the location was convenient—about an hour from Jackson Hole and the Grand Tetons. The town of Victor also had nice options for restaurants, grocery stores, and breweries.

  That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. The listing mentioned ceiling fans, but there were none. While the owner provided portable fans, they weren’t enough to cool the rooms, even with the windows open, making it difficult to sleep. The master closet was also unusable, as it had no hangers and was filled with extra linens and towels piled on the floor and shelves.

  Another concern was the $160 cleaning fee. Despite this charge, we were asked to strip bed linens, wash dishes, take out the trash, and even dry and fold towels before washing our own at checkout. This made the cleaning fee feel excessive.

  Additionally, the washer was very loud, the screen door was torn, and the faucet in the smaller room was loose. The coffee maker was appreciated, but only decaf coffee was provided.

  Overall, the condo was in a good location, but the price and cleaning fee should be reconsidered given these issues. Offering a military discount in the future would also be a thoughtful addition.

  Overall this is a good condo, good location to access Grand Teton and surrounding area. There are a few things that could be improved: no towel bar in the primary bathroom, no bedside lamp in the secondary bedroom and only a few hangers between the two. The towels were also left in the dryer when we arrived, for the cleaning fee, these should be folded and left in the bathrooms. Overall, it was a good location and quiet stay, but a few small adjustments could be made considering the cost per night and the cleaning fee being paid.
