Communication was excellent
4/5 Mostly positive experience: Stayed for 6 nights, comfortable home except the dishwasher didn’t work, reported & response was quick but not able to fix while there. Not a super big deal, just hand washed. We were supplied with disposable dinnerware to use also. The memory foam mattresses were not a hit with our group. Carpets in main bedroom were stained heavily & some in other bedrooms too. Other than that mostly clean. The kitchen stove oven was filthy. The communication was excellent & the housekeeper was responsive. We enjoyed our visit.
