  This was a perfect stay for our family. It was a close drive to Silverwood, which is what we came over for. We played in the pool a bit at the condo, it was very clean and water was warm. The Condo is very clean and had nice big bedrooms. This is also a great location in town, just a few blocks to get downtown to shops and restaurants.

  Great find in Sandpoint. Condo was very clean and as described, had everything we needed for our stay. Kids loved the pool noodles available to play with. Will definitely return!

  Overall nice condo in good location. Living room small and cramped feeling. Beds very comfortable some street noise new rollers for patio door much needed

  Property was not as clean as we would have liked. Cob webs inside, porch dirty. Down stairs tenant was very load all nights with sound system vibrating upstairs. Pool was kept very clean, but had cutoff time, that was not posted.

  -We're sorry to hear about the cobwebs and dust on the porch. Spiders can be quite persistent, especially during certain times of the year, and recent winds may have contributed to the dust. We will ensure our cleaning team addresses this more thoroughly in the future.
  -We have never received complaints about noise from the downstairs tenant before, but we will look into this to prevent any future disturbances.
  -We're glad to hear you found the pool clean. We will ensure the pool's operating hours are clearly posted for all guests.

  We were very pleased with our stay at Sandy's condo. She was available when necessary for communication. The property was clean, well kept, well stocked, and true to the photos. The location is perfect, walking distance to downtown, pool, courts, and right on the lake for easy access to fishing or boat use. We can't wait to return again!
