Comfortable and well-appointed
5/5 We have stayed at this property a few tines already and will definitely rent again. It's close to town and the lake, and is convenient enough for a ski weekend. It's cozy, but not cramped, and has everything we need for time away from home.

Labor Day weekend getaway
5/5 We had a lovely Labor Day stay at this unit. It has great access to both the water and downtown Sandpoint. The unit was clean and organized. Would definitely book again.

Lovely condo
5/5 We had a lovely three day weekend at the unit. It is perfectly located near the water and near downtown Sandpoint. It was very clean, well appointed, and the owners were very communicative. I would definitely book this property again.

Sandpoint stay
4/5 We enjoyed our stay in Sandpoint! The condo was very nice and was just as advertised. The view by of the water was delightful.However, I would strongly advise the owners to have the small bird perch (on a vent of some sort) directly above the steps into the condo hall blocked/wired over/etc. The result of this perch results in bird poop being quite plentiful on the entry steps resulting in guests walking thru it to enter. Not only does this create the situation of tracking poop into the condo … it is very unpleasant.I hope there is a rapid solution for future guests.Lydia kohout
