2/5 I like the way the area is fenced, it provided privacy to us while my family and I were there. I like ot when the owner offered us a 50 dollar hospitality discount. However, the things that needs improvement outweighs the things that were nice. First and foremost, the cleaning and damage protection fee is horrendous. My family and I stayed in a far better property and we were not charged exorbitantly on cleaning and damage protection fee. I found the toilet and kitchenette being together with only a curtain covering the toilet not pleasant to the eye but also to the nose when someone is using the toilet and you are cooking or eating at the kitchenette. The photos in the ad purposedly hid the toilet from view so I did not notice it when I was making the booking. The carpet in the living and in the room as it was evident on the white socks that my wife wore while in the house. My 6 years old had bugs bite when he slept on the carpet. The shower glass should be removed from the bath tub as it is a potential hazard as it is loose/shaky. The shower curtain should be enough. The glass divider does not serve a purpose and is obstructing most part of the shower curtain. The rented property should have its own aircon temperature control. Because in the morning the aircon is full blast but at night time it is warm. The temperature is controlled by the owner in his house which is adjacent to the rented property. This property needs improvement. I am not planning to stay at this property
