  This is a review for Evolve Vacation Rental, not the property itself. I will be happy to take this review down when I am refunded my $142 deposit for a stay canceled by the Covid-19 pandemic. I am out of work now, and as much as I'd like to donate $142 to this property, I don't have it right now. I am assuming eventually this will be handled properly.

  We loved it. Great place. Clean. Modern. Spacious. Enough for a family of four. Just note that it is right on 75. Looking forward to coming back again!

• Cute cottage!

  We loved our stay at this cute little property. It was clean and comfortable. Location to the green belt was perfect and just minutes away from all of our other activities for our weekend getaway. We will be staying here again I am sure of it. It may have been by kids biggest highlight. They loved the loft area and having their own bathroom and tv!

• 87 year old father sees Milky Way for the first time.

  Travelling the western US with my husband and father. Decided to stay in Ketchum because it is a dark sky area. I was photographing the Milky Way in the back yard due to arriving late. My father had never actually seen it and was amazed. The hospital sign in the next lot is distracting but doesn't shine into the sky. There is a fair amount of traffic all night but I had no trouble sleeping with the windows open. I loved the house. Updated and very clean. My husband wasn't thrilled. We used the upstairs bedroom and bath. The center of the space is tall enough for someone 5'8" but if you are nearing 6 foot it's a problem. He was constantly hitting his head. I used the outside staircase instead of climbing the steep ladder. I wouldn't hesitate to rent the duplex again as long as we had the first floor. There is a multi use path right out the side yard. Very nice even though one bike rider told us it was for biking only. The signs clearly state that's not true. Great place to stay to explore the area. Washer and dryer in another building with detergent provided. Nice touch. Beautiful cabin.
