2/5 THIS INFORMATION IS FOR THE OWNER/PROPERTY MANAGER ONLY, NOT FOR PUBLIC - the owner may not be aware of these issues. 1. Property is not safe. No rain gutters to keep melting snow off deck. Pretty treacherous. Open side of railing allows kids to fall off deck. 2. Property is filthy. Refrigerator had to be wiped out. Freezer is gross. Dishes in cupboard not clean. Hot pads filthy. Long string of hairy dirt balls under couch. Shower curtain is a bio hazard. They do have to be washed. 3. Kitchen is not equipped to cook normal family meals. Where are the spoons? How do you make pancakes, French toast, prime rib? No griddle, no roasting pan. Coffee cups? clearly the leftover crap that someone doesn’t want in their own kitchen. 4. Bed has a huge gulley in it. Must be 50 years old totally needs replaced. 5. Small moth infestation
