Great location
5/5 Home was very clean upon arrival and quiet considering location. Perfect for our family get together over the Thanksgiving holiday. The only thing that was missing during our stay was some heavier blankets/comforter.
If ever in town this time of year, be sure to visit Higgins Point to see the Bald Eagles as they're passing through the area feasting on Kokanee.

Getaway
5/5 Overall quite good.. only downside is HOA association that the property is located in. On the listingvit doesnt mention not being able to park a boat on the driveway.....until.uou book and the listingvis approved thorugh Evolve..And dont plan on parking a 24 foot long truck in the driveway, that cant overhang onto the road ... ended up parking 3 blocks away and walkingbl to the property every night. Inside the property is brand new and well kept. All new and clean.

Great Base Camp
5/5 Three simple words to describe this home: Clean, Fresh, New. The home was well equipped for everything we needed during our travels-washe/dryer for laundry, well appointed kitchen, a nice large screen television with streaming apps, Mountain Bikes and tubes for floating in the river.
The location was great for our day trip adventurers to Sand Point Farragut State Park etc.
Would definitely stay here again.
