Beautiful home!
5/5 This house was absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! It really was perfect for our family.

5/5 If you’re looking to take in all that CDA has to offer, this is the place for you! We only needed to use two of the four bedrooms; I’d love to come back with my whole family!
The kitchen is more than stocked with everything you need, including spices and other random pantry ingredients that you may have forgotten.
We ate breakfast outside every morning, using the outdoor fable and chairs. The shade was just perfect. The location is close enough to walk everywhere but just a block away so the noise level is low.
Communication with Evolve was prompt and friendly. The house was perfectly cool and we slept so well.

Silverwood trip with kids
5/5 Wonderful location! We loved walking to lake and town. Lots of space for our group and a/c worked great! Never found the bbq and some lights didn’t work but had a great time:)

Home very nice for our 12th Sister Reunion
5/5 Although the property was quite old, it was very adequate for our stay. We liked the location because it was so close to downtown, and we could walk there.
