5/5 Fabulous! We will definitely stay again when we head back to Caldwell. It was in a great neighborhood that was nice and quiet. Great place for families and friends. My girlfriends and I had our own rooms for practically the price of sharing a hotel room. Communication with owner was always prompt and very pleasant. The restaurants in downtown Caldwell were top notch at Grit 2C (highly recommended!) and Amana (even though $$$)the ice cream in the town square was delicious.
4/5 Outside was totally unkept. Long grass, WEEDS, and dirty grill. Inside great except lack of paper products (paper towels, napkins and tissue). Dish soap gone. No TV instructions. Beds in smaller rooms need to be replaced with comfortable queen size. Perfect size for our Arizona reunion.

4/5 We had a good time. Everything was okay. Supplies were adequate. One bedroom had no dresser to put things in/on. That would have been nice.
