  • Lovely Home Away from Home

    This is an amazing home and beautiful property. The views all around are breathtaking. The property managers are terrific people, very friendly and accommodating. So much wild life to watch out the windows, too!

    I had read a review about the dogs, and was worried about my small children. However, they are very well behaved and friendly. They did not jump up or bark at us. Nothing to worry about there.

    I highly recommend this place. Absolutely wonderful experience!

  • Never Again

    Well, seeing as we had a family medical emergency taking us to Kootenai Hospital for a week we were unable to make our reservation. We reached out to the owner and Evolve for a partial refund as they wouldn't need the $300 in cleaning fees or $100 in pet deposit because we couldn't stay there. We were able to provide doctors notes for my mothers ICU stay but the owner refuses to work with us on a resolution. This was our first time using VRBO and Evolve for a rental and I will never again. Our Spring Break was anything but a break.

    We came to Idaho for medical treatments and this was a great retreat for us on our downtime. Beautiful, quiet, comfortable and clean! We enjoyed the view, going for walks and playing with all the adorable puppies.

  • Quiet and peaceful place!

    This was a very quiet and peaceful property with beautiful views of mountains all around. The house was very spacious, clean and comfortable. There was even a beautiful grand piano to enjoy, although it needed tuning! Hopefully, you like dogs, because all 3 followed us on our early morning walks! Overall, it worked out very well for our family to spend a few days while meeting the new grandbaby that was born in that area.
