PROPERTY ADDRESS:
 - 22 Theriault Dr, Avery, ID 83802
- Since there is no cell service in Avery, it is highly recommended to save directions and check-in information before arriving
- Guests should pull up GPS directions within 50 miles of the property
- When driving on St Joe River Road, turn at the train car. At the end of the road, take a left and follow the road over the bridge. At the end of the bridge, the road separates into 2 different directions. Please follow the path to the right. After about 100 yards, the driveway will be to the left, directly behind the schoolhouse

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- To open the door, enter the code 032323 and press the check mark button
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from the used bed
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
