Great house in lovely neighborhood
5/5 Perfect for our needs, well stocked, clean, pet friendly. And best was the neighborhood, very safe, cute, well kept homes that backed up to paved walking trails around a marsh& creek which my dog enjoyed. Bedrooms were all big, had more than we needed! Owner didn't respond by email but when I called phone # she was very responsive & helpful re a small issue with the lockbox. Lots of room for sleeping, 5 queen beds - one they used in the lower level family room to make it a 5 bed. 2 bds up, 3 lower. Only thing is main level family room could use extra chair or seating if you are a bigger group but we weren't. Had eat in kitchen and cute dining room. Nice overall space and well kept yard. Quiet neighborhood but central to main roads so quick access to whatever stores you need.

Family weekend get together.
5/5 We, my daughter and granddaughters, enjoyed a great visit in this Urbandale home. It was easy to get to in a quiet neighborhood . We spent our visit playing games and exploring the area, the grandkids loved walking on the trails that led to parks. The bonus was seeing deer just wandering around. This was a clean house and we felt right at home, it was a wonderful family weekend. Thanks for an enjoyable stay. I would definitely rent this property again.
