Weekend Getaway
5/5 Enjoyed a weekend in the woods. Was nice to unplug for a bit. There is wifi in the cabin but cell coverage dropped a few miles from the resort. Very easy to get to as we didn’t arrive until after dark. We did some grilling, hiking, resting, and drove up to Dubuque for a date night which was about half an hour away. The host had great communication about somethings I had questions on.

Perfect place to stay if you love the outdoors!
5/5 The stay with our kids and grandchildren was crazy and fun. Plenty of bedrooms, huge bathrooms, and a very accommodating common area gave us plenty of space for all ages. The trails are amazing. Steve is one of the friendliest hosts you will ever find. Fun for everyone!
Nice place for a group
4/5 We had a nice stay with a family of 12. Plenty of sleeping room and enough seating to eat all together. The place is rustic and very much off the beaten path so it’s best if you plan to stay around the cabin. We enjoyed the hiking trails when the ATVs weren’t on them and the pond was lovely. Also beautiful at night since you can see so many stars. Steve was a great host and checked on us to make sure we didn’t need anything.
