Cute place for a wedding weekend!
5/5 We really enjoyed our time here! We were in town for a wedding (Farm Girl Weddings, only 10 min away) and it was conveniently located, especially being up the street from a well-stocked Dollar General.
Very clean and had all the linens you'd need, as well as generous snacks and little waters in the fridge. The kitchen had most of the tools and utensils we needed besides pan lids (which we might've just missed). There are a few spices and condiments which were helpful for cooking.
The neighborhood is quiet! Lots of curtains for privacy. There were some noises in the basement from furnace or water heater I could hear in the first floor bedroom, nothing ear plugs couldn't block though. Just be aware it may sound like someone is shutting a door every once in a while (it is not a ghost {probably}). Parking was convenient and right next to the door. Stairs to the 2nd floor were very steep, so having an additional bedroom on the 1st floor was very accessible for disabled or elderly guests.
Nice TV, good wifi, cold AC, comfy beds, decent bathroom lighting for getting ready. Reasonable chores to do before check-out. Would stay again!

5/5 House was just what we needed.were back in lake mills visiting family, house had washer and dryer, hot water for showers, and plenty of dishes and everything that we used worked
