4/5 Overall we enjoyed our stay. The place was nice and the host was very responsive. A few things kept this from being 5 star was that we requested an early check in and they were still cleaning the place when we got there so we had to wait an additional hour to check in. The host did offer to venmo us for coffee while we waited. The bath mats were also not clean. We could tell the previous people that stayed had a dog as the bath mats were covered with white pet hair. Other than that, we appreciated the host’s responsiveness and the outdoor amenities (hot tub, firepit and patio).

5/5 Beautiful property. The house is so well designed and comfortable. We really enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. The location is wonderful…peaceful and quiet. It’s also close to Pella and Knoxville. We were able to bike the Volksweg trail at Lake Red Rock. The trail has beautiful views and is exceptionally maintained. The host was absolutely wonderful! We will be back!

5/5 The house was very clean and comfortable. Not as private as I would have liked. It was a little too close to the road. I would recommend a screen wall at the front of the deck that would provide some privacy to the deck and hot tub.

4/5 5/5 Easy to find and close to activities in Pella. Would be great for a weekend getaway if you were to boat at Red Rock or attend Central College events.
