The perfect place for a stay!
5/5 Great little place that had everything we needed! Nice big backyard for the dogs to enjoy. Absolutely loved the chocolate chip cookies left for us, what a pleasant surprise! Great location to everything, will definitely stay again when back in Knoxville!

House is not up to code and is a safety hazard.
2/5 After staying the past two days, I have some serious safety concerns that need to be brought to your attention.There are no handrails on either staircase in the house. The floor from the kitchen to the back room is uneven and a trip hazard. The back stairs are not the standard riser height and were very awkward to use. Two of the bedrooms are located in the basement with no egress windows!

-We're grateful for your stay and for providing us with your valuable feedback. We trust that you had a pleasant experience during your time with us.
-We recognize that the layout of the house may present challenges for elderly or disabled individuals, as there are no bedrooms on the main level. However, we've taken steps to enhance accessibility, including a handrail along the stairs to the upper room and a ledge along the stairs to the basement for added support if needed.
-Additionally, there are two egress windows in one of the downstairs bedrooms, which were covered but may have been overlooked. The absence of windows in the other downstairs bedroom has been intentional, as some guests prefer limited light for better sleep quality.
-While there is a flooring transition between the kitchen and the front room, rest assured that it has been professionally installed and does not pose a trip hazard. The back stairs have been constructed and installed by a local metal fabricator, ensuring their stability and safety. It's worth noting that we have not received any complaints about these issues from guests over the past two years.
We strive to ensure that every guest enjoys the best possible stay, and we eagerly anticipate hosting many more satisfied guests at this property, as evidenced by our other reviews.Great for our family gathering!
4/5 Nice place with all the amenities. Roomy living room and kitchen for relaxing and cooking. The beds are comfortable and the check in/check out was very easy.
