Perfect get away
5/5 Cute, cozy, comfortable, it was everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. Bed and futon were very comfortable, the little basket of snacks and beverages were a thoughtful touch. We will definitely be back again. And I already told several friends to check it out when in Iowa.

Enjoyed our stay in the Fairfax cottage!
5/5 Perfect small home for our visit! House had everything we needed, for our stay! We especially enjoyed the home baked chocolate chip cookies and other snacks. The owner even shared some homegrown ripe tomatoes with us!
The house was very clean and enjoyed the decorations with history of the house. We definitely hope to stay again!
