Great and reasonably priced
5/5 Nice, older well maintained property. Everything is within walking distance for restaurants/shopping/etc. We all had our own rooms and the washer/dryer were a great feature to use. We went to field of dreams and tractor museum. Great weekend get away with family! Thank you!

5/5 Old house with modern features. Great place to stay, had all the necessaries for a great trip. Within walking distance to the local restaurants and taverns. Great price too
Our trip!
5/5 We loved the home! Couple suggestions, if I may! As a senior, that little broken step at the porch is definitely a problem, as is the loose railing upstairs. Perhaps place those non-skid things for rugs under the rug in front of the sofas, as well as the small rug at the back door. That one slipped right out from under me when I went outside. Don't worry, I did not fall!! What about small mirrors over the dressers in the bedrooms? I borrowed the little one from the bathroom and stood it up on the dresser, so the others could still get into the bathroom. If I may also suggest working on the outside curb-appeal? This home has amazing potential!!! I'm actually wondering if maybe it is new to you?!? However, none of those things would keep me from coming back if I had the opportunity. You were so kind when I called you re: the air conditioning - you obviously care about your guests!!! My daughter loved the corner shelves built from the doors! She wants to try making one for HER farmhouse!!! Thank you so uch for your hospitality!!!

Lovely Getaway
5/5 We had a wonderful time staying here! We were there for a few baseball games played at the Field of Dreams, and so this was the perfect place, in both theme and location. Our toddlers loved running around the first floor, and miraculously slept great here too. And we enjoyed that the Field of Dreams DVD was available and we watched it twice. Altogether, very cozy and cute place.
