Transferring to Drake
5/5 This was a great area to stay in. We were close to where we were moving our daughter into school. The area was quiet and we enjoyed the stay.
Great Property in a Convenient Location
5/5 My family and I chose to stay here during the State Wrestling tournament to be away from all of the busy hotels. It was a very nice property in a quiet neighborhood that had more then enough room for all of us. This property had all of the necessities and than a whole lot more to make the stay more enjoyable. It was beyond nice to end a 12 or 13 hour long day with being able to relax in a living room drinking tea and watching TV while the kids were in the loft and everyone not being on-top of each other. The Property manager was very responsive and made the stay easy and process pleasant. The full size refrigerator and the washer and dryer are something that you take for granite and are nice to have on a longer stay. This property will be our first choice, before any hotels or other houses, when we are in Des Moines.
