CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out strictly enforced before 10:00 AM. Late check-out is not available
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Leave all slept-in beds unmade
- Place all used bath towels in the tub or leave them hanging on the bars or hooks
- Place all used kitchen towels and dishcloths in the kitchen sink
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste. Pet waste bags are provided 
- Please ensure the grill is turned off
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors

HOUSE RULES:
- Please ensure you respect and adhere to the following house rules. If these house rules are not followed, Evolve will be in touch
- No smoking, events, parties, or large gatherings allowed
- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
- Please observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Dogs must be leashed when outdoors 
- The attic, barn, and garage are not accessible to guests
- Please do not hang towels or clothing on the door knobs or over the shower rod. Towel hooks and rods are available in the bathrooms and on the back of bedroom doors
- Only use the wall thermostat to adjust the temperature
- No use of candles
- Please do not move furniture or allow children to jump on beds
- Please do not place pizza on the oven rack; use the provided pizza pan instead. Please use the parchment paper provided when using the pizza baking stone
- Food is not allowed in bedrooms
- Thank you for using coasters in the living room and dining room
- Please unplug coffee makers, the teapot, the toaster, and other kitchen appliances when not in use
- Please turn off the grill when you are done using it
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve
