• Nice Location

  Check in was a little frustrating as the house was not ready. With no communication we showed up to check into the home around 3:30pm and they were still cleaning. We left to find a park for the kids to play since we had drove around six and half hours. We returned back to the home as they were finishing up cleaning a little after 5pm. House was surface level clean; however, a deep clean would be beneficial.

  The location was great for us! We attended Adventureland Park and Prairie Meadows Casino and Racetrack. We really enjoyed both of those events. We ate dinner one night at Sugar Shack Diner (recommend) and another night at Fireside Grille (recommend). Lunch one day we ate at Spectators Sports Bar and Grill (recommend). We attended multiple parks throughout our stay around Altoona and all were great and would highly recommend. Very quiet street and neighborhood.

  House was big enough for us; however, would recommend checking your soaps upon check-in as we had to run out and get soap, shampoo and conditioner (would have been minor had we checked prior to starting showers for kids later into the night). Also, no dishwasher soap so we just hand washed everything. Plenty of towels for everyone. We did laundry throughout our stay. FYI the back deck did have a couple of holes due to rotten spots. Just beware as we had a kiddo trip and worried with splinter, so we all wore shoes. Back yard did have a nice grass back yard. The kids were able to run around and play.

We've spoken with our cleaning crew and added extra help to ensure the house is prepared on time for our guests. We've also stocked up on all the essentials to make sure they are readily available. Thank you for letting us know about the back deck. It has been inspected, and we will be scheduling repairs soon. We hope you will stay with us again!

  Back for another Wedding!

  This house is Perfect for our Family needs and Location to everything!

  This stay we did have some difficulty getting checked in Due to changes in entry code situation. And Instructions Hopefully will be updated for next Guest!

• Not ready at check in!!

  We arrived at 4 pm (check in 3pm) and house was a mess from the previous renters! cleaning crew was short handed and did what they could do to get it ready.. The previous renters left a full pantry of new and used food items along with a full refridgerater! Cleaning person had sent me a text msg that they were running behind but i could not check my phone while i was driving. She did let us in to unload our suitcases and we all went to Dinner when we got back it was much better. Oh and don't think you can park 2 cars in garage unless they are smart cars

• Great stay

  Was a great spot from the wedding venue we attended. Everything was only a few minutes drive away. House was well cleaned and ready upon arrival and had great communications with our guest contact. Couldn't be more happy about the stay.
