Recent stay at Vista Waikoloa
5/5 We had 2+ weeks at Vista Waikoloa and the condo was everything we could ask for. Clean and nice decor, views from the deck to watch the morning sunrise and golfers tee off. Easy walk to the beach to watch the turtles and sunsets. We enjoyed all the amenities Waikoloa and the island have to offer. We would love to come back and stay!
Vacation in Paradise
5/5 Waikoloa Village on the Big Island was the ultimate vacation!! This condo is very spacious and has all that you need for a blissful time in paradise. It is walking distance from a beautiful beach for all day play, snorkeling, and beautiful sunsets. We will definitely return to this location!!!

Great location
5/5 We were very happy with this condo. Location is great if you want to stay in Waikoloa Resort area. Lanai provides great space to sit outside and provided great fresh air and light in the condo. Pool is wonderful, we spent a lot of time there! If you golf, practice green right next to condo. Restaurant next door is great for beer and pizza. Owners were very nice and responsive to our questions. Would go back and rent again!

The floors both carpet and tile were disgustingly dirty. The lighting in most rooms was bad.
3/5 This property was dirty (floors), the lighting was very poor (needs lamps in master, and bulbs in other lights. There were no dish rags. Seem to us that these are very simple fixes, and would make this a much better property.
