  Well, our stay at this property for 10 days was not ideal. When we first walked in, we noticed that the drape over the sliding glass door was hanging off at the end by a good foot or so. We were not able to put it back on the track. We then went to open the slider to the back deck in it also stuck and was very difficult to move, either off the track or some other issue. In addition, the property could use a good scrubbing on the walls, doors, etc. Also, we needed to use the sofa bed in the living room, but there were no sheets that fit that size bed, just smaller ones that popped off as soon as you put them on. We requested sheets to be sent that did fit and got a delayed response eventually and the problem was resolved within two days. Then there were bugs, ghost ants from what we were told. He did have someone come and spray, though unfortunately, it was over the weekend so it took a couple of days. In those couple of days, there was a huge cockroach that ran across the kitchen counter which we eventually found the next day on the floor, still alive and walking around. I understand bugs can happen in the tropics but the some total of our experience was pretty bad. The ghost ants came back and he was going to have someone come in and spray again but by then, we were gone.

  - We’ve spoken with our cleaners about giving extra attention to walls, doors, and high-touch areas so the home feels fresh and well cared for.

• Bug issues

  The apartment was mostly good. It had a lot of space, and the two outdoor spaces were really nice. The area is also pretty cool and it’s close to everything. There were some issues with bugs. There were a lot of tiny little ant(?) bugs that were all over the apartment. When I tried to reach out I got absolutely no response. We did what we could to not leave water anywhere including in a glass by the bed because they seemed to like water. The whole place could’ve been a bit cleaner. We noticed a thick layer of dust on the bedside lamps and when we took the sheets off the bed at the end of our stay as requested, the bedding was really stained and kinda gross. I would love to not have to write that but I feel like it would not be fair to other people looking to stay here and perhaps this feedback can help.
