The terrific location of this Maui paradise places you within steps of Kamaole Beach Park I! With sandy shores, calmer waves, and a garden area, this park is the ideal area to spend the day paddle boarding, surfing, and snorkeling.
There are many more beaches dappled all along the coast, including Kamaole Beach Parks II and III, Keawakapu Beach, and Wailea Beach. For an oceanfront adventure, charter a fishing boat, book a whale watching excursion, or go on a scuba diving tour!
Explore more of the island when you visit the Maui Tropical Plantation, go hiking at Iao Valley State Park, or drive to the Haleakala Crater. A short 15-minute will take you to the renowned Maui Ocean Center with hundreds of oceanic species.

Great location, but...
4/5 Great location near restaurants, across from the beach with a flashing crossing.
Managing company changed hands between booking and stay. Communications for check-in were poor, instructions for access had wrong codes and disconnected phone numbers.
Condo is nice, but is much smaller than it appears in the photos.
Would we stay again? Yes. But with 4 adults and 2 kids, it was very tight.
This property needs maintenance
1/5 This property is in need of maintenance. The walls and baseboards are filthy not to mention the tiny flies in the upstairs bathroom. The beach accessories need to be replaced. The dishwasher stunk to high heaven and one of the cabinet doors is broken. Try not to mind the tiny ants in the kitchen either. This property, which is one of five privately owned condos should be dropped by Evolve!
Perfect location but looking a little tired
4/5 Easy check in and punch in lock made this unit so safe for beach goers. Clean with great beds but little things need attention. Rugs were past their prime and floorboards need painted. Great fans and air conditioners. Sheets and towels were also great. Fun stay and the perfect place to watch sunsets

Great location, spotty maintenance
3/5 *Almost* everything about the condo was great: clean, convenient, great location and good communication. But a few little maintenance issues we noticed at first hinted at bigger problems to come. The small stuff we noticed first like a couple of broken cabinet door hinges and a leaky ice maker were not a big deal. Then on the second day of our stay AC stopped working in both bedrooms and couldn't be repaired before we left. Then the hot water heater quit so we were all forced to take cold showers. We resolved that the next day but having those basic amenities not working meant the overall experience wasn't what it could or should have been. We still had fun but I wouldn't rent this unit again.

Can't beat it
5/5 The second time we stayed in the complex, which is by far our favourite. Can't beat the location and the unit itself has an awesome layout. The unit was clean and ready to go for us. Convenient to everything, can't wait to go back! Mahalo
