  - We sent check-in instructions via email and text to the contact information provided prior to arrival.
  - Additionally, Evolve also sent check-in details on November 18, 2025, three days before your scheduled arrival.
  - Based on the smart lock entry log, it looks like access was successful on the first try, but we’re sorry if anything about the process felt unclear.
  - We always encourage guests to reach out directly if any information is missing. We’re happy to help at any time.

  Condo was perfect for our paddling team!!! Great location and walking distance from the bay as well as restaurants. It was thoughtfully decorated and stocked with all the essentials for our trip...from cooking to beach gear. Very easy check in and great communication from the team from check in to check out. Mahalo!

  Great condo for a short stay. Upstairs gets pretty warm despite AC in the middle of the day. other guests/owner dont do a through clean or check of all the kitchen dishes. Some pans have baked in food residue still on them. Makes me wonder how thoroughly the kitchen utensils are getting cleaned as a whole. Would recommend to others despite that.

  I had a wonderful one-week stay at this condominium. The location was perfect — close to shops, restaurants, and the waterfront, yet quiet enough to relax. The unit was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing.Everything I needed was provided, from kitchen utensils to beach gear, making my stay both comfortable and convenient. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and communication with the host was prompt and helpful.I truly appreciated the safe and pleasant environment, which made my time on the island even more enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the Big Island.
