  Very small and basic. Limited parking. No extra blanket if you want to run the AC, who’s controls are hard to reach high up. Kitchen sink drains poorly. Good location.

• Parking issue and unwelcome

  There are three buildings (3 floors each) in the complex and it has less than 30 parking spaces. The front office know that until you move in and ask again.. then they tell you can park on the busy street that you have hard time to cross it... the owner of the unit just worried about they put in big investment, so a list of chores will put on couple place to ensure you will do it. There has no Welcome atmosphere at all. The hallway light is broken, bathroom door can't be closed and next to kitchen..

  The place is in very good location but there are many other choices in the same area. I won't go back to this place again.

  - There are #51 parking spaces available. While not every unit has a reserved spot due to the central downtown Kailua Kona location and the historic nature of the building, there is ample street parking across from the building and a sizable public parking lot just 150 yards down the road.
  - We acknowledge that our accommodations don't include room service to keep the pricing reasonable. Guests are kindly asked to manage their daily trash disposal and dish cleaning, especially if they choose to prepare meals in the condo. A collection station conveniently located 30 yards from the reception makes this process convenient. However, we are more than willing to arrange room service for a fee if requested.
  - We regret any inconvenience caused by the hallway light or the sliding door issue. A quick email or phone call would have allowed us to swiftly address these concerns. The sliding door, which requires delicate handling, is being replaced with a modern door on hinges to ensure a smoother experience for our guests.
  - Your comfort is paramount to us, and we genuinely appreciate your feedback. We encouraged open communication during your stay to promptly address any issues and enhance your overall experience.
  - We eagerly look forward to hosting many more delighted travelers in the future. If you have any further concerns or if there's anything we can do to make amends, please don't hesitate to reach out.

  Did not get the last email I was supposed to get from the condo owner about how to check in with the electronic keypad and everything so the desk clerk had to help me. Also, checkout time is 10am and the cleaning lady just let herself in at 930 while I was in the shower. Not cool. Other than these two issues it was great 😃
