    We were very happy with these accommodations on recent visit to Big Island.

    Location is great - couple blocks off highway from KOA airport. Roughly 2 blocks from Kailua-Kona waterfront/pier. Next door to KTA market/KFC; Longs, Foodland Sack & Save, misc restaurants & takeout within 1-2 blocks. Straight up hill on Palani street to hit Saddle Road bypass to get over to Hilo.

    Reserved parking spot right near front door was a plus. Fenced pool nearby.

    Unit was nicely appointed and decorated. Lots of room and privacy since separate bedroom. Nice to have lanai screened. Clean (no extra "uninvited guests" inside as can be expected in Hawaii). Nice thick bathroom towels. Ceiling & floor fans in main room and bedroom to keep the breeze flowing. Plenty of lighting.

    While we didn't need to cook, we could have with all appliances handy - microwave, toaster over, air fryer, burners & pots/pans, coffee maker and blender, and full size refrigerator/freezer (which was important to us as tended to have leftovers and was planning on taking food items back home).

    We will definitely check on availability on our next visit to the Big Island.

    While we put lots of miles on our rental car, we were very happy with the location of this place and the ability to walk to all of the eating establishments in the local area.

  • Cozy accommodation with excellent location

    The owner has done an exceptional job decorating and bringing this little space much

    Aloha. It has everything you need to be comfortable on your vacation. The location is amazing and close to everything... walking distance to grocery, restaurants, shopping, and the Ali'i drive strip (tourist zone). There is a lovely community pool that we only saw 1 person use! Lots of washers and dryers in the laundry room too. We never used the air conditioner... just the fans... but then our weather was overcast. If you need AC then the living room is your spot to hang out in as there is no AC in the bedroom.     We had a great stay. The property was exactly as described. So many extras that made our stay wonderful. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels, etc. Very clean and comfortable. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again.
