So close to the beach !!
5/5 This was agreat little apartment within a short walking distance to the beach. Greta shops and food so close. The property was clean and had all the little things you need for a great trip !!

Kona town condo review
4/5 Overall the condo was a good value. A few updates were done so the place was clean. Just up the hill from the main beach town area. Easy walking distance to the beach/stops/restaurants in the area. It is UP a hill so if you have any physical issues, this may not be the place if you care to walk. Otherwise you should be OK. There is 1 parking space for the condo. Talk to the mgmt company if you need another.
Nice amenities for kitchen with cooking pans and utensils.
Bed was soft and sleepable. There is a wall AC unit in the bedroom that you may think is noisy. We found it to be ok for us.
Living area was decent. TV was small but worked with my traveling ROKU box and connections.
We ate at:
- Seafood Bar Kamuela. Cool place to stop if you go north driving around the island.
- Kona Inn restaurant. It was ok (3 stars) but great view.
- Thai Kiri(?) which was good (4 stars)
- Big Kahuna Beach grill which was good (4 stars) great view also
- Huggos beach grill, 5 stars and great view. bit of a walk from condo
Nice location
5/5 Location was great, short walk to Ali’s street where there are a ton of shops, restaurants & near the pier. Don’t miss the pineapple soft serve at the Scandinavian Shaved Ice shop, yum!
We had a couple of minor issues but the host was very responsive & helped take care of things. The complex’s hot tub jets didn’t work but it was warm & the pool was perfect. Nice pool area with two BBQ’s & outdoor sink.
All in all, we’d stay there again!

Stay in Kona
5/5 This location felt fairly private but within close walking distance to town. The rental was cute and just the right size. Perfect for a week trip to Kona.

Condo Close to Ali’i
5/5 The condo was nice enough. First floor meant we didn't have to haul luggage up or down stairs. The air conditioning was a savior. We had an easy walk down to Ali’i drive. Every night. We couldn't get the overhead fan to work. Needed more pillows and better bedside tables. We would consider staying here again.
