Good, not great
3/5 Decent place to hang out. Had a great time on the lanai. Yard needs some maintenance. The dining room, bedroom, and kitchen lights were not working the entire stay despite repeated texts to the property manager to get it fixed.

Lovely house in a convenient location
5/5 We had a blast staying at the property, which is a 3-5 minute drive from anything and everything we wanted to see in Kona. I don’t think the pictures of the view do it justice. They’re incredible. We watched the sunset every night.The house is really quite big and there is plenty of space to spread out. The AC units work really well, if you choose to use them (a little loud like all AC units - so we used the fans and it was plenty cool for us).We had one small issue upon check-in and the property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!
