We enjoy our stay

Pros: great proximity to Kona attractions. Roomy and comfortable. Large lanai gives ocean view (obstructed by houses and a mile distant). Weather quite comfortable and don’t need A/C. Lots of towels, beach equipment, kitchenware, condiments. A symphony of wildlife sounds 24/7. Cons: Furnishings, kitchenware and appliances are dated and worn (Not up to usual standard in this price range.) Quite noisy all night from Queen K Hwy and neighbors. On street parking only because driveway and garage used by owner as a parking lot. Neighboring houses are almost on top of you, little privacy.
