    Dirty, no soap, towels bath mat gross

    -We take the cleanliness of our home very seriously and our cleaning crew works hard to ensure our home is clean before each guest's visit.
    -We encourage our guests to reach out to us during their stay if they have any questions or encounter any issues.
    -As is standard for vacation rentals, the homeowner provides a starter supply of paper essentials for guests’ convenience. Guests may have to purchase their additional supplies, especially for longer stays or larger groups.
    We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review as we are always working to provide a truly wonderful and memorable experience for our guests.

    Contacted "Ellen" because I was locked in my unit by old and tricky steel and screen door. It was 1230 am. She said can this wait until morning? I said no. She came in 30 minutes with drill to unlock , then gave me instructions on working it. ( why not posted? ) then said "I knew you weren't going in where! " 1) fire hazard! 2) none of her business 3) did have visitor which had to go to work . Other: sliding glass door very hard to close! Inadequate working outlets. Lamp not working. Air remote not working. Hard to see buttons on actual air conditioning unit. Threatening note about dishes being done and garbage out or else... no aloha! Will choose another renter next time! I'm an island local and expect better! I usually done complain but this woman's attitude really ruined it for me! Also a book with instructions would help!

We followed up with the homeowner, who was surprised as no one has had trouble with the door lock before. She let us know that Ellen tried to give you instructions over the phone, and she hopes you appreciate Ellen coming over at such a late hour to show you how to unlock the door. The homeowner assured us that they checked the lamp, remote, and air conditioning, and all are working fine. We're sorry that you weren't thrilled with this property but confident that future guests will enjoy exceptional stays here!
