PROPERTY ADDRESS:
 - 78-7039 Kamehameha III Rd, Unit 129, Kailua-Kona, HI 96740
- From the Kona International Airport head west on Keahole Airport Road toward Highway 19 (Queen Ka’ahumanu Highway)
- Turn right and stay on Highway 19 for 11 miles to Kamehameha III Road
- Turn right at the KAM III Road light (well marked)
- The road winds down for about 2 miles to a light at Alii Drive
- Proceed through the light at Alii Drive and continue down the hill where you will find Keauhou resort on your left
- Pass the 1st driveway and enter the 2nd driveway on your left
- Make another left turn immediately at the “Dead End” sign which will take you into the backside of the resort
- Follow the driveway all the way up the hill and around a curve to the right to Unit #129 at the end of the road

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Please reference the Additional Documents section at the bottom of this email to view the rental registration form
- Check-in after 4:00 PM
- The key is located inside a lockbox to the right of the front door. The code is 1246
- After accessing the property, please return the key to the lockbox and use the keys on the kitchen counter for the rest of your stay
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return keys to the kitchen counter
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the condo by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the condo is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
