1/5 A huge shock when you walk in the door is that the patio/balcony looks nothing like the photos that have advertised! It looks NOTHING like the 5 photos. Evolve is selling something that doesn’t even exist & false advertising! I’ve emailed several times and still haven’t received a response. Based on our experience, I would never book with this company as 1) you cannot trust the property or company 2) their lack of response. It’s a true indication of how they treat their customers!
Great in every way
5/5 We had a relaxing week at this tastefully decorated and fully equipped condo. Everything as advertised and more: short walk to best swimming beach, surfing areas, and restaurants (we recommend Kai Eats and Drinks).
Though in the middle of everything, the unit's orientation means quiet and spectacular sunsets (and, when we were up early, moon sets) communing with the birds. Washer/dryer a real boon for light packing. The hosts could not have been more accommodating. Will definitely be our base if/when we return to the magical Big Island.

5/5 Excellent in every way: location, convenience, decor, cleanliness, amenities, management. Super kind and attentive owners. Simple and elegant. The swing on the deck is perfection.

Cozy condo at the middle tourist center
5/5 We had a wonderful time staying at this nicely equipped, homey condo. It is comfortable for 3 of us. We appreciate that camping chairs, beach umbrella and a boogie board are provided. We spent 2 days at Hapuna beach boogie boarding. Like to thank the owner allowing us late checkout. This made our last day much enjoyable.
