    - The upstairs unit is timeshare owned by the resort. We have no control over the people who stay three. We're sorry for the inconvenience.
    - We are not sure what furniture you are referring to, but everything in the home is in good condition.

  • I love Kona

    The condo was large and so was the lanai. It had everything we needed except for a pizza pan and pizza cutter. Things to consider that could affect your decision to stay here: 1. There is only an air conditioner in the bedroom. It was REALLY hot in the rest of the condo during our stay. We kept all the windows open and the ceiling fans on but still really hot. 2. You cannot access the ocean from the resort. The closest swimming beach is a few miles away so we drove which is no big deal but it would have been nice to have a pedestrian path down to the ocean at the resort to watch the sunset. Everything was great but next time I will go with a fully air conditioned unit with ocean access.
