Love Kona
3/5 This property is not quite as advertised. It is not suitable for seniors as there are many stairs to negotiate. It is on the top floor and the side of the building. The lanai gets the sun all day but if you sat out there you would tan in stripes with the way the roof part is designed (see pix).There are lots of fake flower arrangements. We suspect this is to hide the fact that the condo is old as are most of the appliances. The microwave is from the 80's and also the oven.The outlook from the condo is of parked cars and the resort laundry. There are peck a boo views of the ocean.This condo is quite expensive and frankly not worth the money. We will not be returning.

Awesome location
5/5 If you like peace and quiet and great facilities, you won?t be disappointed. This condo is not far from the quiet pool. It?s also close to groceries, banking, drugstore, and 2 great farmers? markets.

Nice quiet unit and enjoyed the lanai.
4/5 This is a really large, clean, and quiet condo. It was perfect for a nice relaxing getaway. The lanai was large and had sun most of the day. We enjoyed watching geckos and all the different Hawaiian birds as we ate breakfast and lunch on the lanai. The owners were really responsive to questions we had. The only reason I gave it a four star rather than a five is that the bed was a little firmer than I like, but I like softer beds. Otherwise, this is a great condo to stay at and would recommend it.
