Living like a local
5/5 If you want luxury, go to Waikaloa. If you want to feel like you are privileged to stay in Kona like a local, this is the place. The condo is so well appointed: equipped beach closet, lanai dining, upper deck bbqs with great views, kitchen supplies were perfect. The furniture is beautiful, comfortable and lets you never forget you’re on vacation in Kona! The pool seemed small until we got in it: we were always the only one’s in it. It is quiet and peaceful. We didn’t rent a car, we were content to walk everywhere: grocery, ali’i drive, restaurants, beach, shopping. Lyfts and taxi were easy. It comes with a free parking space, our friends spent 25 and 50 a day for their parking. Katt communicated every detail and was very responsive to all questions. This is an affordable, well above average Kona condo. We will tell all of our Alaska friends that this is the place! Mahalo!

Great place, nice location
5/5 Condo is as described in the listing. Great place to explore the Island from. The closest beach is about a 10 minute walk away, many restraunts and a farmers market within walking distance. Only drawback is the living room furniture is not very comfortable, but didn't spend much time there anyways.
