Fantastic Stay in the Heart of Kailua-Kona
5/5 Our Unit had a Wonderful location, within walking distance to many restaurants and shops.
We arrived and were greeted with a very nice welcome basket of snacks, including macadamia chocolates (which we are still eating at Home now.)
Our Unit was located on the top floor of our building and had easy access to the parking garage and entrance via an elevator that was close (but not too close) to the Unit.
It also included all of the amenities that one could need to make our trip perfect (both for making coffee and anything we wanted to eat; and beach chairs, an umbrella, etc. - plenty of everything!)
Having a dedicated and covered parking spot was greatly appreciated too!
Colin, the on Island Manager, was in contact several times before our arrival and on our day of departure; and we knew that we could reach him ANYTIME, but we never had any need to contact Colin.
There is so very much to do on the Big Island that we were not in the Unit for much time each day; but it was great for everything that we expected, including sleeping, laundry, showers, etc. There were two huge TVs, but we barely watched one, only because we were enjoying the Island.

Great location
5/5 The condo was very nice and the only issue we had was with bug bites during the night in bed.
One beach chair was on its last legs and hard to set up, and lanai chairs were a bit wobbly. Otherwise a beautiful place and convenient to beach and restaurants.

5/5 We loved the location and being able to walk to shops and restaurants. Having two bathrooms was great! The kitchen had all of the conveniences for preparing many of our meals. The views from the lanai were amazing.
