  We made our reservation in July for October stay for 7 days. We were unable to view reviews for this property and we later understood why they are hidden from public view. A week before the booking we received an email stating that the HOA is fixing the balconies and we were offered a full refund if we decided to not stay, or a partial refund if we chose to stay. We quickly reviewed if we could stay somewhere else, but all the properties were already booked since it would have been a VERY short notice. I called in -I was assured that the disruption is not going to be that bad. We arrived and were in total disbelief this building is where we booked to stay. We also found out that the repairs had been going on since May 2025.!!! We are airbnb hosts ourselves, so we think that most importantly, a realistic picture of what to expect, is best for the customer. This listing definitely failed. The building was run down and dirty, outside and inside. When we got in, we tried to cool the place down and one of the bedrooms did not cool down at all. Fridge door was broken, garbage can was broken, we immediately notified of these so we don't get charged for damages. There was no housekeeping provided, which in and of itself would be fine if the owner provided us with a mop. There was a carpet vacuum but no broom even to clean with. No spare sheets were provided. There was towels, we washed them throughout the week. But because of no cleaning supplies we had to live in, not only a run down building, but in a dirty space. Cockroaches were seen multiple times, we have pictures of those. We were disappointed to find out that our unit did not offer any of the outside toys which were stored in the back of the property. They were unit specific. We tried to see if we could stay somewhere else, mainly because one bedroom was intolerably hot, and the place was so awful, we avoided even taking pictures... we could not find anywhere else to stay with short notice. I asked multiple times if the AC could be looked at, only the fridge door was looked at by someone , well after the fact that my husband fixed the door latch. My vacation was ruined with worry and disgusting feeling at night. My family made the most of it, and we compromised by staying away long days, and only sleeping there. I would not recommend this place to anyone , nor would I ever stay in such a place if I had the opportunity to read other people's reviews. I know this review will not be posted anywhere!
