  Host seemed helpful after we spent over an hour trying to connect with the internet upon arrival (I work remotely & needed internet). He said he would try to get someone the next day but couldn't guarantee bc it was going to be Christmas Eve. I kept trying to connect and eventually ended up on the ATT site which said failure to connect was due to unpaid services. When I forwarded a screenshot of that to the host, he got the past due bills paid which restored the service. The photos showed a fenced backyard & child playground but there was no fence and the child play yard was unsafe bc of being torn from a storm. These were both key factors in my decision to choose this property (for our granddaughter). Very inaccurate & disappointing! The layout was nice and beds were comfortable. However the kitchen offering for cooking was very inadequate with rusty pans, pots & skillets. It didn't look like the floors had been vacuumed or mopped in a long time with sticky spots scattered on floors and large dust bunnies rolled up along the floors. I have photos of everything I've mentioned. And I was charged twice for insurance of 125 x 2. So, overall I feel that I overpaid excessively for what we got. Disappointing.

  -We were not made aware of any issues with the floors or kitchen items during your stay. Our cleaning team maintains high standards, and while tile floors may occasionally show slight cleaning residue, we will continue to monitor.
  -The playground was unfortunately impacted by a rare, 1-in-100-year hurricane. While we understand this may be disappointing, the structure will be removed to ensure the safety of all guests.
  We appreciate your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve the experience for our guests.
