    This place and the hosts are over achievers. I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The home is beautiful, the scenery and grounds were spectacular and the owners were amazing. We hosted family and friends for a wedding here and enjoyed fire pits at night, paddle boating and kayaking in the lake, grilling out and serving 30 or so folks over the weekend. Many extras were so kindly provided by the hosts that I was not expecting - spices, popcorn, serving dishes, coffee, trial size toiletries, tablecloths…I could go on. The hosts dropped by to provide fire starters when they noticed us trying to start a fire. They are genuinely lovely people! Would definitely recommend and would 100% rent here again!

    This house was exactly what we needed. We were doing a weekend ladies retreat for Lighthouse Church In Rossville and didn't want to go to far in case any ladies that couldn't stay overnight could travel up for Saturdays activities. So the location was great! The house is beautiful, we had everything we needed, everything worked and was clean. The host responded very quickly the couple times I had a question. The pond with the kayaks and the paddle boat were really fun. Also, there's a walking trail around the pond that's lit with lights at night, those with the other lighting reflecting off the pond were so pretty. It was peaceful, we were able to have our retreat and really feel like we'd traveled somewhere special while still essentially being in our own back yards! There were a few ladies that said they'd be back with their own families to stay at the property. Thanks so much for providing such a beautiful and peaceful space.
