  Beautiful, roomy property, but for7 people there were only 4 matching dinner plates, ( 2 different sets)flatware extremely small and limited, no serving pieces. Tiny skillets, one tiny sauce pan. Honestly, most of the kitchen cabinets were completely empty. We have family in the area and they stopped by to see us, stayed about two hours.. and we got a threatening email, because too many cars in the driveway. (In the contract.. like Nick Saban says in his ad “No fun”!.) No southern hospitality here. There are two bars in the house and no glasses. We had to buy wine and cocktail glasses. We left them for your next “guests”. A large supply of paper plates and solo cups were provided. Seriously?? To reiterate, this is a lovely property, but other than furniture, lots of tv’s, the ill equipped kitchen was beyond challenging.

  - The owner really appreciated that you left the home in good condition after your stay, and they’re thankful you chose their property for your Thanksgiving week.
  - They understand it was disappointing to receive a message about the number of cars in the driveway, especially during a short family visit. The home is subject to local occupancy and parking restrictions, which are clearly outlined in the listing and at the property. While the owners appreciate guests wanting to gather with loved ones, they ask that all guests help follow the county guidelines.
  - The homeowner and their father spent over two years building and preparing this home to welcome guests. Securing the short-term rental license required careful adherence to local code, and violating those rules could jeopardize that license. They truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

  We rented this house for a week during October. The weather was beautiful. The house was clean and stocked with everything necessary for a great trip. Communication was easy and timely.
