2/5 Pool was not clean
That's was the whole reason we booked the home.
The downstairs bathroom was nasty and had mole around the shower
They should up on the morning with left to make sure the next people get their money worth but not us.
Lights was not on in the backyard on the 1st night so we have to smoke in the pitch black outside.

Hi Kelton, this homeowner works hard to provide an ideal stay for all guests, and they would like to clarify the following:
- We're sorry we couldn't resolve the pool issue during your stay and that the downstairs bathroom was not up to standard.
- We did feel that the refund provided was a fair resolution for the inconvenience.
- We weren't aware of the backyard lights not working, but if you had let us know, we would have addressed it right away.
While we do regret our home was not up to your expectations, we are happy to report that no issues were reported by the guests who stayed the following weekend.Girls Trip

5/5 Our stay was wonderful. This home is immaculate. The photos online do not capture all the beauty of the home!. This home is very spacious. My big family enjoyed the home without getting in each other's way. Enough games for all ages, enough pots and pans, silverware, mention it, Phil and his team thought about it all!. Phil the host is very very friendly and accommodating. Definitely will recommend to friends and others.
