  The posting looks great, pics used seem to be very dated. First pulling into the house I was greeted with no trespassing signs and "you will be shot" signs, causing me to wonder if I was at the right house and calling the property manager to confirm if I was indeed at the right house, the replied that these were to warm off others..... Ok, but a little strange for a VRBO rental in my opinion. Entering the house it was clear that it wasn't taken care of very well, and was not very clean. Bathroom counters were covered in hair, the bathtub was filthy and had to be cleaned by us before using. The towels all smelled of mildew and had to be washed several times before using. The kitchen is lacking many basics accomodations, and quality of pots and pans were pretty bad. We had purchased lots of food that was intended for the grill only to find out the advertised grill was not there, so we had to try and use the limited pots and pans in the kitchen. The exterior of the home needed some basic care, leaves and fallen limbs covered all areas and porches, it was clear that nobody had made an effort to blow off some of this before our arrival. There is no walk way from the drive to the door, causing us to have to walk through mud before entering the home and tracking dirt of the floors. Looking past all of this we were still able to relax, the house was large enough for our group of 4 to have our own space and privacy.

  Wonderful home with a pool. Great house for our vacation. A couple minor issues to mention: 1) Reached out to Mngt Company to ask about TV's in bedrooms. There were none showing in the pics, so i asked. I was told 2 of the 3 rooms were equipped with TV's. No room had a TV except living room. I had to buy one since we didn't bring one. 2) The house could use some extra cleaning. Under furniture, in cabinets, mainly places that wouldn't get touched as often.

  Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the rental.

  This house is awesome! It is in a quiet area. The kids loved the pool. The ladies stayed in the kitchen area cooking while the men were grilling out back. There are beautiful rustic heart pine floors. The rooms were the perfect sizes with plenty of room to spare. The hostess was awesome and very easy to contact and the welcoming gift was too thoughtful! 10 out of 10 We will definitely be back! ♥️
