• Not cleaned, dead bugs, clogged bath tub, etc

  Overall neighborhood was nice and quiet. Neighbor was nice and helpful. House hadnt been cleaned. Floor needed sweeping and mopping. Floor was sticky. Guest contact could only have house cleaned when eveyone was gone, which wasnt our case. People left at different times. Dead roaches found in mater bedroom, master bathroom, and main bathroom. Dishes we dirty, toilets and tub needed cleaning. Tub clogged, toilets ran. Not all supplies we at the house like tissue, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Contacting the booking agency and guest contact was a waste of time. No one followed up on concerns or issues. Guest contact did come and get dead bugs first day but that was it. Definitely not the vacation home i expected. On the bright side, we cleaned the house before we left (except mopping) so at least the next visitor would have a better experience

  -To ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, we employ a professional cleaning company to thoroughly sanitize the home between guests. Our property manager conducted a walkthrough the day before your check-in to ensure everything met our stringent cleanliness criteria. Additionally, pest control serviced the home a week prior to your stay.
  -We would like to highlight that, upon your request for an early check-in, our property manager was available to address any concerns before you settled in. Guests are encouraged to address all issues promptly to ensure a comfortable stay.
  -Within 30 minutes of your arrival, the living room alarm went off, and our property manager responded within 20 minutes. Upon arrival, he addressed the alarm and unfortunately detected smoke. Our property manager remained readily available to assist during your stay, promptly providing additional toiletries for your extra guests and offering to perform a full cleaning when the property was vacant. There was no follow-up on your part regarding this offer and it's important to note that none of the reported issues were present while the property manager was on-site.
  -Our goal is for guests to enjoy their stay while respecting our house rules and treating the property with care. Regrettably, the fire alarm was activated twice due to smoking inside the home, which violates our house rules. Additionally, we'd like to reiterate that our home has a maximum occupancy of eight guests, and we ask all guests to adhere to these guidelines.
  
  We take great pride in the service and accommodations we provide, as evidenced by the numerous five-star reviews from past guests. We are committed to upholding the high standards that have earned us such positive feedback and continually strive to enhance the experience for all our guests.   Great kitchen with plenty of cookware/ utensils. Air was set to 82 when we arrived, air filter appeared not to have been changed in a year. We bought an air filter so the air would cool the house down.

  Great spot to stay in while visiting or working in Savannah. Just far enough outside of town to be out of all the hustle and bustle. But close enough to get to the downtown area quickly.
