Tybee Island is a quick 20-minute drive from your door for any beach enthusiasts. This barrier island is known for its numerous local shops, white sand beaches, and famous fishing pier located on the south end of the beach!
If you're in the mood for some retail therapy, make your way to one of the 2 local shopping centers in the city. Both the Savannah Mall and the Oglethorpe Mall are within a 20-minute drive of the property.
Some other ways to spend your time while you're in town include visiting Savannah's historical district, golfing at one of the pristine local golf courses (like the Club at Savannah Harbor), cruising along with the 2 complementary bikes, or exploring one of the nearby national wildlife refuges.

Runaway point, Savannah
4/5 Enjoyed stay. This is in an older neighborhood. It was quiet and peaceful. House was clean and in generally good shape. It needs a little exterior maintenance and some maintenance in the master bathroom.
Overall it was a really good stay. Would recommend.
Family Weekend Get Away

Unexpected turn of events
2/5 I was down for my daughters wedding. I had planned on hosting a brunch at the property for the bridal party to get ready for the wedding and to have pictures/video while doing so. We arrived at the property after 4pm on Friday and entered the home and it was 80° inside. We left to go to the Hyatt where the wedding was being held and went to the rehearsal dinner. We got back to the house around 11pm and it was 78° inside the house. We called the property manager at 7:45 the next day and was told they couldn't have anyone there until after 3pm. Although the air was fixed when we got back to the house after 11pm. I was very disappointed that I was not able to hold my daughters bridal gathering of all of us getting ready together. It is a memory that was never made and I am extremely disappointed.

Bachelorette weekend
4/5 A group of girls stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and were overall very pleased! They allowed me to check in early and the property manager was very responsive and helpful. I saw a previous review about the master bedroom mattress and they must have switched it out because the girls that slept in that room literally took the sheets off to see the brand of the mattress so they could buy it, they raved about its comfort. Lots of space and linens available! The location is perfect- right between downtown Savannah and Tybee. The only reason I give 4 starts for location is the neighborhood, we had a couple bad experiences with neighbors. Overall, I would stay here again!
