4/5 The host will not answer my call, the second bathroom shower faucet will not work, a left a message and I received a text message with a video instruction of how to open the water faucet at the shower which involved getting inside the bathtub and pulling with both hand so hard that the wall plastic backing seemed to pull out of the wall. We of course did not use that bathroom and took turns using the master bathroom.They text me latter advising that a plumber was coming in a couple of hours to fix it... we were out at the party to which we had traveled to celebrate with family and friends. The fact that they had a video prove that they knew about it and that it should had been fixed before we got there.The house is beautiful but need some care, walls with cracks, paint peeling etc.

3/5 Nice layout, but during the stay it would get too hot on the second floor and too cold on the first floor.

1/5 We couldn’t use the kitchen was infested with bugs(possible cockroaches). Spiders under the sink. Multiple bugs on the carpet and walls. The rugs were dirty and stained. The master bathroom door didn’t shut. Holes, nails and pins all in the walls. Dead and plants throughout the house. Backyard was disgusting. By far the worst house I have ever rented.

There is a vegetable garden in the backyard, but it does not extend to the deck or patio area. Our lawn care specialist visits twice a month to maintain the grounds. We have checked the property to ensure the patio is clear of any obstacles or plants, so guests can enjoy the space safely and comfortably.
