The rental home was very nice. Very clean, the host contact was very responsive and was very good to work with.
Will definitely book with Evole again.
We enjoyed our stay here very much! Usually I would pass on a duplex/complex, but had to book on short notice. I am glad I did not pass this up--the neighbors were friendly (happened to be outside when we drove up), did not intrude, and made zero noise.
The neighborhood felt safe , and the house extra secure with the electronic lock and outward-facing cameras.
The interior was spotless--bathroom, kitchen, appliances, everything! And it was well supplied--enough washcloths and towels for our short stay without having to do laundry, plenty of paper goods, lots of good pots and pans, plenty of dishes, etc.
Beyond those "minimum requirements", this is a great place! Spacious, comfortable, and calming is the best way to describe the interior.
Every room--two bedrooms with walk-in closets, two full baths, living room, eat in kitchen, laundry room--was very spacious with plenty of "surfaces" for stuff (counter space in the kitchen, vanity in the bathroom, dresser in the bedroom, etc).
While there was a tennis theme, it was very simple--the decor is not overdone and rooms were not overstuffed with furniture. And the lighting is awesome--"daylight" spectrum bulbs on a dimmer switch were so, so nice! (One of those things you never know you're missing until you've experienced it.)
Finally, let's talk about the bed. Oh my goodness, that was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on, I do believe!
We have family in the area, so when there's a large gathering we will definitely be back.
