With 3 good-sized bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 2 sitting rooms, and large front and back yards, this is a great place for 5 or 6 or even 7 people. From the exterior of the property and the out-in-the-country surroundings, you would expect the inside to be homey and "lived in." But in this double-wide modular home, you will see many unusual, beautiful furnishings and works of art. Delightful! The pond in the backyard is also very pleasing and the horse field behind that, an added bonus. We were also glad to have a gas station/convenience store within walking distance.

From the owner: "With lack of rain, the pond recedes. Therefore, the typically 14' deep pond was only 12' deep, and that means the bank is more exposed and muddy. This is a single residency house that is not shared. However, there is another totally separate residency on the same property. You do share the parking lot (more than 2 spaces), the 3-acre-ish yard, and a 1-acre pond if someone else is staying at the same time and if they choose to use it. Since it rained the weekend of your stay, the banks were more muddy than usual, and the grounds wet. There are two asphalt, 2-laned highway roads that cross/climb up the mountain. It is the only road to the top of the mountain which is frequented by people going to visit the park. Thank you for your feedback."
We had an amazing stay at this perfectly located house. The host was extremely attentive to our every need. The interior was lovely and had all of the amenities and more! The exterior was picturesque and allowed us to unwind after a strenuous day of hiking. We will definitely be back. We could not recommend it highly enough.
