    Nice quiet area to get away and relax and unwind. House had everything we needed for our stay. Home owner was very nice and very informative. Will look forward to coming back another time.

  • Poor Response to No Water & A/C Upon Arrival

    Not one to complain generally and while it may have been a "one off", upon our arrival there was no running water and A/C was not working. Called the two primary numbers provided by Evolve and property owner / associate as instructed in case of immediate/ urgent assistance needed but was only able to leave voicemail messages despite several attempts. Have yet to get a call back to even apologize. Fortunately found number of nice couple (Mark and Cathy) who came to our rescue. Apparently water and air are operated remotely by owner who was on a flight. Having booked in advance, feel this oversight is inexcusable and there should be a refund of at least a portion of the fee for the inconvenience. Likely won't stay there again.

    Hi Robert, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize that you experienced such issues upon arrival. After reviewing your feedback with the homeowner, they’d like to share the following:
    - The property is equipped with a management system that automatically enables utilities prior to guest arrival. Unfortunately, a rare system failure occurred in this instance, which had not happened before.
    - Upon receiving your voicemail, I immediately contacted Mark and Cindy, who arrived to resolve the water and A/C issue. They were able to fully restore both utilities within 36 minutes.
    - Mark and Cindy are more than just a "nice couple" — they are part of the property’s maintenance team and always ready to assist guests.
    - We have since worked with our housekeeper to ensure more thorough utility checks before guests arrive, and the system issue has been corrected.
    - We appreciate your understanding during what was an unusual situation and will continue improving our processes for future guests.

  • Stay was ok

    The positives.. it is clean and check in process was easy. The negative was the Mattress. We felt the springs in our back and if one of us moved, we both did. The mattress was very poor quality and unfortunately we slept terrible. We would only stay again if the mattress was replaced.

The mattress and box spring were replaced less than two years ago, and we recently stayed at the property and found the bed to be comfortable
